Service Delivery Policy

PingNodes is a digital SaaS monitoring service. This page explains how service access is delivered after signup and after payment, and what you can expect during onboarding.

Digital service — no physical delivery

PingNodes is entirely digital. There is no physical product, hardware, or postal delivery associated with any PingNodessubscription. Service access is delivered electronically through the pingnodes.com platform.

How service access is delivered

  1. 1.You create an account and complete the onboarding wizard at pingnodes.com
  2. 2.Your workspace is provisioned in test mode immediately after onboarding
  3. 3.You connect and configure your integrations (n8n, VPS, SSL, etc.). Monitoring for each integration begins once it validates.
  4. 4.Telegram alerts and daily digest reports are delivered to your configured Telegram target while your workspace is active
  5. 5.After a successful payment is processed and verified through Razorpay, and once your introductory access window ends, your workspace transitions to paid live monitoring — see Timing of access below

Introductory / free access window

PingNodes provides a 24-day introductory access window beginning when workspace setup starts. Setup and evaluation activities — connecting integrations, testing alerts, reviewing reports — take place within that overall 24-day period. Finishing configuration earlier does not restart or extend the period.

Example: If workspace setup begins on 1 September, the introductory access boundary is calculated from 1 September. Finishing configuration on 5 September does not restart the period from 5 September — it still ends 24 days after 1 September.

Early payment and scheduled paid start

You may complete payment at any time, including while your introductory access window is still running. Confirming payment does not mean paid access begins immediately: your paid subscription begins on whichever is later — the date you paid, or the date your introductory access window ends. Until that date, your workspace continues to run on free access with payment confirmed and subscription scheduled.

Example: Your introductory access runs through Day 24. You pay on Day 10. From Day 10 through Day 23, your dashboard shows Current Access: Free, Payment: Confirmed, and Subscription: Scheduled. Your paid subscription begins on Day 24. If you request cancellation or refund prior to Day 24, the uncommenced paid service is eligible for cancellation or refund subject to payment settlement and applicable law.

PingNodes does not advertise instant subscription activation after payment. The billing page in your dashboard always shows the current state of your access, payment, and subscription so this is never ambiguous.

Timing of access — summary

Test mode access begins immediately after onboarding. Paid live access begins at the later of your payment date or the end of your 24-day introductory window, and depends on successful Razorpay webhook verification. Verification is a backend process and may take a few minutes after payment. If your dashboard does not reflect a confirmed payment within 24 hours, contact support at support@pingnodes.com.

Promotional and courtesy extensions

PingNodes may, at its discretion, extend a workspace's free-access boundary as a promotional or courtesy gesture — for example, as part of a launch campaign or in response to a support issue. An extension moves the free-access boundary later; it does not create a payment or a paid subscription, and it does not affect any subscription that is already active.

SUPPORT and courtesy access

PingNodes may grant temporary complimentary or support access to a workspace after a paid subscription ends. SUPPORT access is courtesy access: it does not create a payment, renew a subscription, change historical billing records, represent paid access, or independently create refund entitlement.

Service availability and monitoring limitations

PingNodes provides monitoring, detection, alerting, and operational visibility. Monitoring is best-effort and depends on the availability of the underlying infrastructure: Supabase, n8n, Cloudflare, Telegram, email, and push notification networks. PingNodes does not guarantee zero outages, zero failures, successful backup restoration, delivery of every notification, uninterrupted third-party services, or prevention of all incidents. System self-monitoring and dead-man's-switch mechanisms are in place to detect and alert on infrastructure anomalies.

What is included in each plan

Each plan includes access to a specific set of monitoring modules and a maximum number of workspaces. Refer to the pricing page for the current plan matrix.
