Terms of Service

By using PingNodes — Automation Monitoring, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Service description

PingNodes is a SaaS monitoring service that detects operational failures in n8n workflows, VPS servers, SSL certificates, and related infrastructure. It delivers alerts and reports. It provides monitoring, detection, alerting, and operational visibility, but does not guarantee prevention of any failure or downtime.

Eligibility and your account

You must be able to form a binding contract to create a PingNodes account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during signup and for keeping your login credentials confidential.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for securing your own integration credentials, API keys, and agent tokens.
  • You must ensure your use of PingNodes complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • You are responsible for configuring monitoring correctly. PingNodes relies on the data and integrations you register.
  • You must not use PingNodes to monitor systems you do not have permission to monitor.
  • You must not attempt to circumvent PingNodes's security controls, authentication, or access controls.

Monitoring scope and limitations

PingNodes provides monitoring, detection, alerting, and operational visibility. Monitoring is best-effort and subject to the availability of the underlying infrastructure: Supabase, n8n, Cloudflare, and notification delivery providers. PingNodes does not guarantee zero outages, zero failures, successful backup restoration, delivery of every notification, uninterrupted third-party services, or prevention of all incidents. For example, PingNodes can detect that no fresh backup has appeared within the expected period, but it cannot guarantee that an existing backup is fully restorable. Likewise, PingNodes can detect a missed execution, but monitoring cannot guarantee that an upstream cloud host, VPS, network, or third-party service will never fail.

Introductory / free access

PingNodes provides a 24-day introductory access window beginning when workspace setup starts. Setup and evaluation take place within that overall period. Completing setup does not restart or extend the period. Full details, including a worked example, are in the Service Delivery Policy.

Paid plans

Paid plans and their prices are listed on the pricing page. Each plan defines a workspace allowance and a set of included monitoring modules.

Early payment and scheduled paid start

You may pay for a plan while your introductory access window is still running. Payment confirmation does not necessarily mean paid access begins immediately: your paid subscription begins on whichever is later — the date you paid, or the date your introductory access window ends. Until then, your workspace continues on free access with your payment already confirmed. If you pay before your paid subscription starts, you may request cancellation or refund of the uncommenced paid service prior to service commencement, subject to payment settlement and applicable law. Promotions and extensions

PingNodes may occasionally offer promotional extensions, selected-customer extensions, or general promotional access at its discretion. Such an extension may move a workspace's free-access boundary later. Promotional or free extensions do not constitute payment, do not create a subscription renewal, do not independently create refund entitlement, and do not count as paid-service consumption.

SUPPORT and courtesy access

PingNodes may grant temporary complimentary or support access to a workspace, for example while resolving a support issue after a paid subscription ends. SUPPORT access is complimentary courtesy access. It does not create a payment, renew a subscription, change historical billing records, represent paid access, or independently create refund entitlement.

Suspension and manual holds

PingNodes may suspend or place a manual hold on a workspace for reasons that include unresolved billing issues, suspected abuse, security concerns, or violation of these terms. Where reasonably possible, PingNodes will notify you of a suspension or hold and the reason for it.

Billing and payments

Subscription billing is processed through Razorpay. Activation of paid features is subject to successful payment verification through the backend webhook and, where applicable, the scheduled paid-start rule above. PingNodes does not guarantee instant activation. Refund and cancellation terms are described separately in the Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal, and existing paid entitlement continues until its applicable paid period ends unless a refund or remediation changes that entitlement. Cancellation does not by itself refund an amount already charged or delete your account data. Full details are in the Cancellation Policy.

Third-party infrastructure dependencies

PingNodes is built on Supabase (authentication and database), Razorpay (payment processing), Cloudflare (web and edge delivery), n8n infrastructure (automation and monitoring execution), and Telegram / email / push providers (notification delivery). An outage or change at any of these providers may affect PingNodes availability.

Service availability

PingNodes does not guarantee 100% uptime, guaranteed incident prevention, guaranteed data recovery, guaranteed delivery of every alert, or guaranteed compatibility with every third-party service you connect.

Acceptable use

  • No illegal use
  • No monitoring of systems without authorization
  • No abuse of the platform, including deliberate flooding of alerts or events
  • No storage of sensitive personal data or medical / financial records through PingNodes (PingNodes is designed to collect operational monitoring metadata rather than customers' underlying business data)

Security responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of credentials you use to access PingNodes and of the systems you register for monitoring. PingNodes applies vault-backed storage for integration secrets and workspace-scoped access controls, but cannot guarantee security against every possible attack.

Data and account deletion

You may request deletion of a workspace or of your account. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your account or workspace data. See the Cancellation Policy for data handling and account deletion request procedures.

Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PingNodes is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis for operational monitoring. PingNodes is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, business losses, lost profits, missed failure detections, or downstream consequences arising from monitoring gaps or service interruptions.

Changes to these terms

PingNodes reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of PingNodes are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought before the competent courts having jurisdiction.
